In this season of CFT the PF will be lifted off administrative roles and hence concentrate on the core of building strong partnership relationships, capacity building and resourcing the church to cultivate the developmental mindset building towards partnership maturity.

Very interesting comments here in. Thnak you team.

The emphasis on the need to pay attention to the Church Partner's context, for every single Partner, is a great direction. If the Church is to have a sustainable ministry to Children, as a PF there will be need for understanding what the specific needs are and helping the Church to mobilize all resources possible that address their context-specific situations.

From the video, it stands out that the aspect of One Voice is contextualized to expertise and not having the PF responsible for everything, which will give the PF an opportunity to focus on the relationship, capacity building and cultivating the developmental mindset for FCPs.

James T, I think you have described it perfectly. The PF plays a key role in coordinating the Church Facing Team, but they can't do everything! As you've said, the PF is looking at the relationship, and how to help the church develop maturity toward a sustainable ministry…
