God's Heart for the Church Introduction (video)

From this video we see clearly compassion's commitment to walks side by side with the church in the fulfillment of its mandate of the great commission. As we partner with the church we must understand the call of the church very clearly so that our partnership complements and fits with the purpose and way of working of the church. Doing works of service in partnership so that the whole body matures in Christ Jesus.

It is a privilege for me to be part of the service of supporting the Church to fulfill its mandate for the Glory of God.

It is refreshing to be reminded that Christ established the Church and gave it a far-reaching mandate. It is an honor for me, as a staff of Compassion, to be called to serve the Church, on this far-reaching mandate.
