This is one of two briefs concerning faith-based action to end violence against children. Its purpose is to inform faith actors, development practitioners, policymakers, and donors about the global contributions of faith communities to prevent and respond to violence against children. This brief summarizes key findings from a scoping study commissioned in 2018 by the Ending Violence against Children Hub of the Joint Learning Initiative for Local Faith Communities (JLI).
