A Call to Responsibility and Respect

Children in church are to be given priority with the involvement of all stakeholders, they are the church of today and the future. Parents should take their full responsibility not delegating it to the school, or church. As children are disciplined, it should be with love, they ought to be protected from all forms of abuse.

From this study, I have learnt that it is important for me to be sensitive while dealing with others. Being able to understand them helps me find ways of supporting them better.

We need to find ourselves as both children and parents, and in the various seasons of our lives as both employers and employees. God should help me to live out my life for Him with joy and integrity no matter where He has placed me for now as I serve the church in this Ministry.
I need to honor and respect those leaders that God has placed in my church and in my life. Those who work in the churches I facilitate deserve respect. Those who lead me deserve respect. This helps me to live out the Partnership Principles
