Each national M&E specialist will be responsible for creating a PPI Review Sheet that will help the FCPs correctly collect PPI information. This PPI Review Sheet Template can be downloaded and used to create your review sheet. Please refer to the Example PPI Review Sheets to see what other countries have done. Your finished version will be available to FCPs on the ForChildren site and available to other M&E specialists as well.
