How to recruit resourceful teachers of curriculum implementation
I want to know how best one can recruit best teachers
To recruit a teacher to the FCP, we first need to consider the spiritual level of the teacher. Also, we look at the academic stability of the teacher, please, that's my opinion.
As a christian organization, I have to check his/her spiritual quality life and Academic Excelency.
Choose one who is morally upright with christian values
Choose who has good professional skills and intelligence in work
The teacher level spiritual growth matters and needs to be considered before recruitment
by first knoeing their morale standards
they must show intelligence in their work as they handle the chidren
Check the track record of the performance of the employee, scrutinize their social media accounts and allow the holy spirit to disclose the character of that person.
He or she must have moral values
it's more difficult for rural based FCP's since choices and interests are limited. Nonetheless , I suggest you look out for people who are ready to learn and improve as well as those who are humble enough to think in that direction.
