Sometimes our children suffer a lot in the hands of these caretakers who lack knowledge
They treat them in away that hearts unknowingly because they are not informed enough to know that even a mere word hurts a child
Most of our children are killed by harsh and discouraging words from caretakers.

I will help the caregiver to understand that children are equally before the Lord and no child chooses to be marginalized and those children too needs to be supported live a better life as other normal children.

It is important to be friendly to these children. By so doing they can open up the abuses done on them making it easier to give guidance. Caregivers should be well trained on child psychology to equip them with skills to handle children effectively.

By serving children we are serving God. Let us mind our talk and tongue to avoid discouragement and irritation to them. We should tell them "the glass is half full than saying it's half empty"

We should not insult children because they are also human beings and need love and care

Most children suffer silently, it is the seldom responsibility of caregivers not turn a blind eye on them and to satisfy their primary needs
