This reflection activity is meant to be used in Step 3 and Step 4 of Program Cycle: Implement and Monitor, Evaluate. It is an annual evaluation of how interventions along with internal and external factors are contributing towards the strategic objective identified in the trunk of the Solution Tree. All the diagrams and documentation from this activity should be kept by the church to inform their 3 year evaluation and their future planning cycles.
