This Code of Conduct opposes all forms of child abuse and exploitation. It also commits Compassion to do everything within their power to ensure that no harm comes to any child registered in their program due to his or her involvement in the ministry of Compassion International. As such, Compassion employees, church partner staff and volunteers, Global Partner staff and any visitor who will be in contact with a child in the Compassion program, must abide by and sign a code of conduct that specifies the acceptable and unacceptable behavior of adults toward children.
