We need to encourage partners just as Barnabas was a source of encouragement for many including Paul even when other disciples had feared to associate with him as seen in. Acts 9:26-28. . Even when disagreements came in, they agreed to continue with ministry using different strategies. We need to model a personal life of prayers praying also for pastors who spend their lives for the poor despite little or no pay at all. We need to participate with partners in their advocacy milestones and give thanks for other milestones they achieve in their mandate.

Barnabas is surely a son of encouragement. It is my prayer that I will be an encouragement to the church and the people that God brings across my path. Giving thanks to God for each one of you. Thank you Lord. Great ministry.

What an example we have in Paul and Barnabas. Paul loved the Ephesians in the same way Barnabas loved him. Barnabas, too, was motivated by Paul's faith, in those early stages of Paul's walk with Jesus. Barnabas wanted Paul to grow in his walk and in his ministry, to realize his potential in Christ, in the same just as Paul wanted the Ephesians to grow in the fullness of Christ - the riches, the power, greatness, and authority of Christ. Paul and Barnabas' example should provide a model and motivation for us today, to do the same thing with our Partners, in the body of Christ, and to those who don't know Christ.
