My Body is My Body is a child abuse prevention program that uses fun, recreational resources to empower children with knowledge and self-protection skills. The program teaches children positive messages about their bodies, equips them to set personal boundaries and recognize manipulation techniques, and helps them identify trusted adults they can tell if they are being harmed.
