I am glad that I have had the opportunity to study, discuss and share my learnings on 'introduction to a developmental mindset'. This is one of a kind that keeps you warmed up and eager for the next activity. Much more to this, is the when and how to deliver this to the partners. I realize that I will have to be as innovative as can be while I engage with the partners in my facilitation and day to day duties.
