From Learning activity 4: Prepare to facilitate LRM I observed that Paul became all things to all people so that by all possible means he might save some. He did this for the sake of the gospel, that he may share in its blessings. I have learnt that preparing to facilitate LRM requires contextualization. Contextualizing in this case means change of approach in order to best reach those one is engaging with in a moment. Contextualization makes sure everyone can engage. It calls for creativity and innovation so long as the objective is reached, and the same spirit is maintained. It aims at improving the experience for participants, as well as finding ways to make language and process clearer. Looking forward to learn more from the LRM modules.
