Punishment of offenders

Nangalama T. posted 1 year, 11 months ago
In most times cases relating to child abuse have not been handled seriously. People involved in abuse need to be taught a serious lesson without compromise.
It is sad when the abuser in found guilty, court gives him the chance to ask for the reduction in his/her punishment and comparing to the offense it would not be proper to look at his plea at the expense of the abused. This scenarios have frustrated effort of the advocates.

whatever we can say we have to make influence in our society by teaching about those who abuse them how they look like
in order to help future generation be better more. you can ask yourself why are you start by this?
this is because many children they can't discover those evil people because those involved in child abuse they begin with giving our child any expected
gift like good man or woman. beside those gift also they use nice speech like uncle or aunt while they are dangerous target.
by then we have to tell children about that first Bible says<<teach child good way to pass s/he shall become old with out go away it >> this verse is in proverbs 22:6 from kinyarwanda bible so i try to translate

The gap is still very large.
Its very true. The laws should be ammended.
