Nurture contributes more to child growth than nature. True or false

When i look at the way children are nurtured, it shows a stronger arm that the nature part of it. One can disagree or agree with me.
When we look at the current leaders, nurture has contributed
1. Donald Trump the current president of the United States of America nurtured Tyson as the worlds best Boxer
2. All professionals are nurtured through training and couching . No one is bone knowing it all

I therefore up loud nurture that looking at nature in child up bringing
