Child rights

People should be sensitized on the importance of children rights and the reporting procedure.

I'm not sure what you mean by "reporting procedure." Are you saying that if a child has been abused and you are reporting that abuse that you should be sensitive to the child's rights? I'm just looking for clarity on your comment because it sounds very important.
