There are positive punishments to children which will not leave physical scar and torture to them. we could best be using such modes of punishments other than beating children. there many children who faces a lot of traumas because other people tend to think that they nurture but in true sense they abuse children.

in Rwanda we say that although stick break bone it doesn't change bad behavior. According to our Rwandan proverb shows you punishment of beating is not real for every one with bad behavior for those who read this i can remind you that Rwandan use it before establishment of all human right and i would like to know that we have to make punishment in right way but for child abuser it is intolerance for me
you can ask yourself why? is human right not count for those ones? maybe count because they also include but remember that they are who violate that first because our children are first priority because without children there is no future population and those evil people is that aim do you think that so?
in ny description i focus on child abuser
but also don't beat child
try to teach s/he about his/her mistake aral discussion is enough to change that behavior
